| 摘 要： | 目的 研究二期喉重建术对失喉者生活质量及心理状况的影响。方法 取得 76例行二期喉重建术患者术前术后的问卷调查资料 ,问卷包括 :(1)欧洲肿瘤研究生活质量核心问卷 (EORTCQLQ C30 ) ;(2 )头颈癌模型 (EORTCQLQ H&N37) ;(3)抑郁自评量表 (SDS) ;(4)焦虑自评量表 (SAS) ;(5 )咽喉功能调查表。分别评分 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 术前术后的对比结果显示 ,二期喉重建术后生活质量较术前明显提高 ,功能改善较明显 (P <0 .0 1)的包括角色功能、情感功能、社会功能及生活质量。单项问题及症状中改善明显 (P <0 .0 1)的包括 :交流问题、嗅觉改变、打电话困难 ;症状加重明显的为呛咳 (P <0 .0 1)。患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪术后也均有明显改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 二期喉重建术对于失喉者是一种提高生活质量及心理状况的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the effect of laryngeal reconstruction on the life quality and emotion of laryngectomee. MethodsThe questionnaires prepared on 3 days preoperatively and 6 months postoperatively from 76 laryngectomee (included: EORTCQLQ-C30,EORTCQLQ -H&N37,SDS,SAS and scale of laryngeal functions)were analysed by SPSS 10.0. ResultsAfter laryngeal reconstruction, the life quality and emotion of laryngectomee were improved significantly (P<0.01)included role function, emotional function, social function, life quality, trouble on phone talking, and trouble on social contact. ConclusionLaryngeal reconstruction is a good method of improving the life quality and the emotion of laryngectomee. |
