EGF及EGFR在口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡中的表达特征及意义

摘    要:目的 探讨表皮细胞生长因子 (EGF)及表皮细胞生长因子受体 (EGFR)在口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡组织 (RAU)中的表达特征及生物学意义。方法 应用免疫组化技术检测EGF及EGFR在RAU中表达和分布的变化规律。结果 EGF的蛋白颗粒在正常口腔黏膜中主要分布于基底层细胞和棘层细胞中 ,阳性表达出现在胞浆中 ,RAU组织中EGF表达明显减少 (P <0 0 5 ) ;EGFR在正常黏膜和RAU中表达均较弱 ,阳性表达位于细胞膜和胞浆中 ,在正常黏膜中表达主要位于基底细胞层中 ,在RAU中该蛋白表达明显减少 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 RAU中EGF和EGFR表达受到抑制 ,这可能与RAU的发病机制有着密切的联系

Abstract:Objective To explore the change in EGF(epidermal growth factor)and EGFR(epidermal growth factor receptor)expression in recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods The expression intensity and distribution of EGF and EGFR were examined with immunohistochemistry method in 8 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer and 7 specimens of normal oral mucosa. Results In normal oral mucosa, immuno staining of EGF was mainly localized in basal layer cells and prickle layer cells. The expression intensity of EGF was higher in normal oral mucosa than that in aphthous ulcer ( P <0 05), while the distribution was similar in tissues from either source. In all samples, the expression in EGFR was weak. The difference in EGFR expression between aphthous and normal mucosa was significant ( P <0 05). Conclusion These findings indicate that the protein expression of EGF and EGFR is decreased in aphthous ulcer which may be one of the mechanisms involved in RAU formation
