循征护理在泌尿外科术后腹胀中的应用

目的探讨应用循证护理对泌尿外科手术后腹胀的影响。方法选择我科2006年1月-2009年8月进行泌尿外科手术的患者115例，将2006年1月-2007年12月的62例患者作为对照组，将2008年1月-2009年8月的53例患者作为试验组。2组患者之间在年龄、性别、病种、身体状况方面无明显差异（P〉0．05）。对照组采用常规护理方法，试验组采用循证护理方法，观察2组泌尿外科患者术后腹胀恢复的情况，并进行比较。结果试验组术后腹胀的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论应用循证护理可明显降低泌尿外科术后腹胀的发生。

The application of evidence-based nursing care for postoperative abdominal distension after urologic surgery

Objective To discuss the effect of evidence-based byrsing care for postoperative abdominal distension after urologic surgery.Methods The data of 115 consecutive patients were analyzed from January 2006 to August 2009 in Dept. of urology of Dujiangyan People＇s Hospital were analyzed . In these cases, 62 patients from January 2006 to December 2007 were considered as control group and the remaining 53 patients from January 2008 to August 2009 constituted the intervention group. There was no significant statistical difference in age, sex, disease, and physical conditions （P〉0.05）. The control group was given conventional nursing care while the intervention group was given evidence-based nursing care. The status of abdominal distension was observed and compared. Results The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension in intervention group was apparently lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing care can apparently reduce postoperative abdomi- nal distention after urologic surgery.
