| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨剖宫产切口处的异位妊娠的病理特点、临床特征、处理方法和预防措施。方法 对 10例剖宫产切口处异位妊娠患者 ,采取米非司酮、天花粉或加用氨甲喋呤等保守治疗的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 10例保守治疗中 7例治愈 (70 %) ,1例失随访 ,2例行全子宫切除术 (2 0 %)。结论 剖宫产切口处的异位妊娠可行保守治疗 ,若流血多 ,则应行全子宫切除术。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the pathologic and clinical characteristics, treatment and prevention of the ectopic pregnancy in the previous cesarean section scar. Methods Ten cases of ectopic pregnancies in the previous cesarean section scar were analyzed retrospectively. Results Seven cases performed cured by medical treatment(70%).Two cases performed hysterectomy(20%). Conclusion The ectopic pregnancy in the previous cesarean section scar may be treated by medical treatment,if there were profuse bleeding. hysterectomy should be performed. |
