| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药抗早搏丸治疗早搏的临床疗效。方法：对2000例早搏患者按3：2随机分为2组，治疗组120例应用抗早博丸（由炙甘草、当归、苦参、常山、 红参、黄芪、丹参、川芎、清半夏、麦冬、五味子、酸枣仁组成）治疗，对照组80例应用心律平治疗。结果：治疗组显效82例，有效33例，无效5例，总有效率95．8％；对照组显效34例，无效17例，总有效率78．7％。2组总有效率比较，经统计学处理，差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。结论：抗早搏丸治疗早搏疗效显著，且无毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of Kangzaobo Wan (KW) for extrasystoles.Methods:200 cases with extrasystoles were allocated to two groups in a ratio of 3:2 randomly.Treatment group (120 cases) treated by KW (including Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,Radix Ginseng Rubra,Radix Astragali,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Radix Ophiopogonis,Fructus Schisandrae and Semen Ziziphi Spinosae) and 80 cases by propafenone as control.Results:In treatment group,82 cases were markedly effective,33 cases effective and 5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate being 95.8%;and in control group 34 cases,29 cases,17 cases and 78.7%respectively.The total effective rate showed markedly significant difference between two group (P < 0.05). Conclusion:KW possesses a marked curative effect for extrasystole and no toxic and side effects were observed. |
