摘    要:【目的】研究急性热应激后小鼠大脑皮层神经元一氧化氮合酶活性的时程变化。【方法】建立小鼠急性热应激模型,采用NADPH—d组织化学,研究热应激后0,1,3,6,12,24,48h小鼠皮层NADPH—d阳性神经元数量。【结果】热应激后1,3,24h组NADPH.d阳性神经元数量比对照组明显减少,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。热应激后12h组NADPH—d阳性神经元数量比对照组明显升高,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。0.6,48h组NADPH—d阳性神经元数量与对照组比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。【结论】热应激后大脑内一氧化氮合酶活性的变化与热应激后脑损伤有密切关系。

Abstract:Objective] To explore the effect of heat stress on the activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in cerebral cortex of mice. Methods] Model of acute heat tress (42℃ for 120 min)mice was duplicated. The NOS activity of brain cortex at 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 h after acute heat stress was measured with nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide phosphate-diaphorase (NADPH-d) histochemistry. Results] Compared with control group the 1, 3, 24 h groups had less number of NADPH- d positive neuron( P 〈0.05); 12 h group had more number of NADPH-d positive neuron ( P 〈 0.05). 0, 6, 48h groups had no significant difference with control group( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions] The changes of the activity of NOS after heat stress is closely correlated with brain injury after heat stress.
