| 摘 要： | 观察阿斯匹林（Ａｓｐ）与维拉帕米（Ｖｅｒ）单用及合用对免血液流变性的影响。结果表明：ｉｖ生理盐水，Ａｓｐ１．２５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１和Ｖｅｒ０．０５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１对兔血液流变性各项指标均无明显影响；ｉｖＡｓｐ２．５、５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１和Ｖｅｒ０．１、０．２ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１后，血液粘度（ＢＶ），血浆粘度（ＰＶ）和红细胞比积（ＨＣＴ）明显降低，红细胞电泳率（ＥＥＭ）显著提高，且呈明显量效关系；Ａｓｐ１．２５，２．５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１和Ｖｅｒ０．０５，０．１ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１合用，呈明显协同效应。推测ＡｓＰ，Ｖｅｒ降低ＢＶ可能与ＰＶ，ＨＣＴ下降和ＥＥＭ提高有关。

| Abstract: | The influence of aspirin (Asp), verapamil(Ver) and Asp in combination with Ver on hemorrheology in rabbits was studied. NS, Asp 1.25 and Ver 0.05 mg· kg-1 had no significant effects on indices of hemorrheology respectively, Asp 2.5, 5 and Ver 0,1, 0.2 mg· kg-1showed an effect in decreasing blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit, and increasing erythrocyte electrophoretic mobility in a good dose-effect relationship. The combination of Asp(1.25,2.5 mg·kg-1) with Ver (0.05,0.1mg·kg-1)Produced significantly synergistic action in the decrease of BV,PV and HCT and the increase of EEM.The results suggest that the mechanism of the decrease of BV induced by Asp and Ver may be related to the reduction of PV, HCT and the advance in EEM. |
