注射用替考拉宁在两种输液中的配伍稳定性

摘    要:目的研究注射用替考拉宁与两种常用输液配伍的稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法对注射用替考拉宁与两种输液(即0.9%氯化钠注射液和10%葡萄糖注射液)按临床应用配伍,于室温(20℃)条件下,考察8h内其PH值、外观性状和含量的变化情况。结果两配伍溶液在8h内的含量、PH值、外观性状均无明显变化。结论注射用替考拉宁可与0.9%氯化钠溶液或10%葡萄糖溶液配伍。

Abstract:Objective To study the compatible stability of teicoplanin for injection in two kinds of infusions.Methods At room temperature(20℃)for 8 hours,a ultraviolet spectrophotomery was designed to study on the change of content after the combination of teicoplanin for inject with two kinds of infusions(i.e.0.9% sodium chloride inoculation fluid and 10% glucose solution) according to the clinical practice,and the change of the liquid appearance and its PH were observed.Results No significant change was found in 8 hours.Conclusions Teicoplanin for injection can be mixed 0.9% sodium chloride solution or 10% glucose solution.
