| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨西脉环抱式接骨板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效。方法 对29例43处掌指骨骨折采用西脉钛合金指掌骨环抱式接骨板进行内固定治疗。结果 术后随访3～12个月，骨折愈合率达100％。患手掌指关节和指间关节功能恢复正常。结论 对于外伤性掌指骨骨折，采用西脉指掌骨环抱式接骨板进行内固定治疗，配合术后早期活动锻炼，可取得满意的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the outcome of internal fixation of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures by Seemine encircling plate. Methods 29 cases (43 lesions) of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures were treated with internal fixation by custom made Seemine encircling plate. Results Postoperative follow up ranged from 3 to 12 months. All cases obtained bony union. The function of metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints were restored satisfactorily. Conclusion For the metacarpal and phalangeal fractures, satisfactory outcome can be obtained when treated with internal fixation by Seemine encircling plate. |
