广东省揭阳县胃癌流行病学调查

揭阳县1981-1990年死于胃癌共3991人，累计人口数13233148人，年平均死亡率30.15/10万，中国人口标化死亡率29.55/10万；世界人口标化死亡率39.82/10万。10年中男性死亡数2894人，年平均死亡率42.15/10万，中国人口标化死亡率49.74/10万，世界人口标化死亡率67.32/10万。女性年平均死亡率17.22/10万，中国人口标化死亡率14.17/10万，世界人口标化死亡率19.32/10万，男多于女，比例2.4:1，死亡率随年龄增长而升高；死亡多为农民，占91.0%；死亡的地区分布，平原高于丘陵地带。

Epidemiologic Investigation of Stomach Cancer in Jieyang county Guangdong Province

The patient who died from Stomach cancer were found to be 3991 in Jieyang county from 1981 to 1990.the annual average mortality was found to be 30.15/100000 (3991/13233148)the standard mortality of chinese population was 29.55/100000 and that of the world population was 39.82/100000.The died persons in the male in the past 10 years were found to be 2894, the annual average mortality was 42. 15/100000 (2894/6865129), the standard mortality of Chinese population was 49.74/100000,and that of the world population was 67.32/100000.the annual average mortality in the female was 17.22/100000 (1097/6368019)the standard mortality of Chinese population was 14.17/100000 and that of the world was 19.32/100000. the mortality in the male found to be higher than the female with the ratio 2.4:1, the mortality increased with the age growing. the peasants were found to constitute 91.0% in death persons. It was found that the mortality was higer in the plain than in the hillycountey.
