694例“胸闷”病人的心电图检查结果分析

目的探讨胸闷病人的心电图变化规律,为临床诊断提供参考依据。方法对694例以＂胸闷＂为主诉患者心电图检查结果进行统计分析,将患者分成青年组、中年组和老年组分别进一步做相关检查,结合临床诊断跟踪调查,证实患者有无器质性心脏改变,并与心电图结果对比分析。结果异常心电图345例（49.71%）,其中心电图ST-T异常占首位（13.85%）。老年组心电图阳性率和发生器质性心脏改变率最高,与中年组和青年组相比（均P〈0.01）,有明显差异。中年组和青年组心电图阳性率相比（P〉0.05）,无明显差异,而发生器质性心脏改变率比较（P〈0.01）,有明显差异。结论胸闷患者心电图阳性率明显高于正常人群,以心电图ST-T改变最常见;心电图阳性率和心脏器质性改变率与年龄呈正比;中年患者心电图阳性率与青年患者无明显差异,但心脏器质性改变率明显增高,应引起足够重视;心电图对胸闷患者心血管疾病初步筛查快捷可靠。

Analysis of chest tightness with ECG

Objective To explore the patients with chest tightness with ECG to provide reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods ECG of 694 cases with chest tightness was analyzed.Patients were divided into young,middle-aged and old groups.Results There were 345 cases（49.71%） with abnormal electrocardiogram.the positive rate and incidence of ECG changes in organic heart rate of older group was higher than that of other groups（P0.01）.Conclusion The ECG positive rate in patients with chest tightness was significantly higher than the normal population.The positive rate of ECG and heart rate of organic change in a positive correlation with age.
