| Abstract: | In view of intensive funds, special workshop and equipment in chemical enterprises, the project approved for construction must be quite exact, otherwise a lots investment will be wasted. Infeasibility study analyzing the feasibility from opposite parts will bring a fullscale viewpoint for the determination of a project to be set up. So, it cannot be neglected. |
