中药材滑石粉X射线衍射分析

摘    要: 目的检测中药材滑石粉中是否含有致癌物质石棉,并为明确优质滑石的产地提供依据。方法应用粉末X射线衍射方法,对取自我国主要滑石产区的药用滑石粉样品进行衍射研究(衍射图谱分析及特征标记峰鉴别)。结果所有样品特征标记峰均与国际晶体衍射数据库(ICDD)提供的滑石最强的特征标记峰相符,说明主成分均为滑石;在两个样品中检出石棉的特征标记峰。结论应用X射线衍射分析方法研究矿物药的组成,具有专属性,并且准确、可靠;其作为矿物药现代化研究的手段,具有广阔的前景。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the availability of Asbestos in one of traditional Chinese medicinal materials Talc powder and provide the scientific basis for the determination of high quality talcum resource.METHODS The powder X ray diffraction analysis was used by spectrum X ray diffraction analysis.The characteristic marked peaks of talcum was found for identification.RESULTS The characteristic marked peaks of samples which were from primary Palcum mines correspond in diffraction spectrum to the characteristic marked peaks of International Center Diffraction Database(ICDD).CONCLUSION The X ray diffraction analysis had advantage of specificity,accuracy and reliability in inspecting compositions of mineral medicines and had a broad practical prospect.
