巨大空乳突术腔综合征的治疗

目的 :探讨治疗巨大空乳突术腔综合征的方法。方法 :用耳后岛状肌皮瓣为 30例巨大空乳突术腔综合征患者行乳突术腔带蒂移植术。结果 :术后随访 1～ 3年 ,患者巨大乳突术腔均消失 ,外耳道岛状肌皮瓣全部成活 ,皮肤光滑 ,色泽正常 ,洁净 ,外耳道形态接近自然状态。患者均获得干耳 ,不需定期清理痂皮。头痛、头晕症状消失。 5耳同期行鼓室成形术 ,术后实用气导听力提高 15～ 30dB。结论 :此法治疗巨大空乳突术腔综合征有明显疗效 ,也有利于鼓室成形。

Syndrome of enormous empty radical mastoidectomy space and its treatment

Objective:To explore the treatment for enormous empty radical mastoidectomy space syndrome.Method: Postauricular island musculocutaneous flaps with pedunculus were transplanted in the radical mastoidectomy space. Result: All the cases were followed up for 1 to 3 years , all the enormous empty operative space disappeared, all the island musculocutaneous flaps of external auditory meatus were alive, with smooth and clear skin and normal color. The shape of external auditory meatus was similar to normal ones. All the cases gained dry ears which need not to be cleared periodically, and headache and dizziness disappeared. Postoperative air-conduction hearing improved 15 to 30dB in 5 ears after performing tympanoplasty at the same time. Conclusion: The method not only has an obviously effect on the syndrome of enormous empty radical mastoidectomy space , but also is helpful to tympanoplasty.
