| 摘 要： | 目的评价参麦注射液、多巴胺、硝普钠联用治疗难治性心力衰竭的疗效.方法 65例难治性心力衰竭病人分为两组,对照组32例,应用洋地黄类药、利尿药、硝酸甘油等常规治疗;治疗组33例,在对照组基础上加用参麦注射液、多巴胺、硝普钠.结果治疗组的总有效率为84.8%,对照组为62.5%,两组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论参麦注射液、多巴胺、硝普钠联用治疗难治性心力衰竭疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluation the effect of Shenmai injection combined with Dopamine and Sodium Nitroprusside.Methods Sixty-five patients (pts) with refractory heart failure were divided into two group.The pts (n=32) in control group were treated with digitalis,diuretics and nitroplycerin.The pts (n=33) in treatment group were treated with Shenmai injection,Dopamine and Sodium Nitroprusside.Results There was difference between the control group and treatment group significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with Dopamine and Sodium Nitroprusside was more effective on refractory heart failure. |
