| 摘 要： | 角膜移植开展至今,移植角膜的保存、手术及术后处理已日益成熟,但移植排斥反应仍然是威胁受者长期存活的重要因素,如何早期、有效地诊断及治疗排斥反应并诱导免疫耐受是目前研究的热点。许多研究表明,细胞间粘附分子-1(intercellularadhesionmolecule-1,ICAM-1)作为粘附分子有着特殊的生物学特性,其在移植排斥反应的诊断、治疗方面有重要意义,本文就其生物学特性及其在角膜移植排斥反应中的诊断及治疗作一综述。

| Abstract: | Great advance has been made in preservation, operation, postoperative treatment at keratoplasty hitherto. Keratoplasty rejection is still the essential danger factor of long-term survival. The early diagnosis treatment and simultaneous immune suppression are the hotspots on studies. Researches on ICAM-1 have special biological characteristics, which have important significance at early diagnosis and treatment in the keratoplasty rejection. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the characteristics of ICMA-1 and its function at early diagnosis,treatment and their clinical significance in the keratoplasty rejection. |
