| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代，医院要生存与发展，就必须造成一批素质较高，德才兼备，集软科学与硬科学于一身的现代医院集成型管理人才，怎样才能造就这类管理人才？笔者对现代医院集成型管理人才的概念，特征作了阐述，并对造就现代医院集成型管理人才提出了“五破”、“五立”可持续发展的构想。
