喉癌血管内皮生长因子的表达与临床病理的相关性研究

目的 探讨喉鳞癌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与临床病理的相关性。方法 采用LDP免疫组织化学染色技术，检测37例喉鳞癌惠者肿瘤组织中VEGF的表达，应用SPSS10．0统计软件进行VEGF。表达情况与临床病理指标的相关性分析。结果 37例喉鳞癌组织VEGF阳性表达率为70％。Spearman等级相关分析结果：VEGF表达与患者年龄、病变部位、大检类型及B3表达水平无关，与肿瘤T、N分期、组织分化及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达水平呈正相关。肿瘤侵犯范围越广、出现颈淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化越差、PCNA指数越高的患者，VEGF表达越强。结论 喉鳞癌肿瘤组织VEGF的表达与临床分期、组织分化及PCNA表达水平密切相关，提示VEGF在喉鳞癌的进展中起重要作用。VEGF的过度表达可作为喉癌不良预后的重要生物学指标。

Study of relativity between vascular endothelial growth factor expression and clinical pathological character in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To approach the relativity between vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression and clinical pathological character in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma Methods Immunohistochemical staining(LDP) was used to evaluated the expression of VEGF in tumor tissues from 37 patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma Results The positive rate of VEGF expression was 70% in whole patients Spearman analysis of rank relativity showed there was no relativity among the results of VEGF expression and age,position of tumor,type of tumor with naked eye and level of P53 expression There was better relativity among the results of VEGF expression and T,N stage,tumor differentiation and level of PCNA expression The wider the tumor invade,the stronger VEGF expression The lower the tumor differentiation,the stronger VEGF expression The higher the level of PCNA expression,the stronger VEGF expression Conclusion The expression of VEGF was markedly correlated with tumor stage,differentiation and the level of PCNA expression in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma VEGF may have an important role in the progression of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma
