吗啡,度冷丁对血浆心钠素水平的影响

为了探讨吗啡、度冷丁作用机制是否有心钠素的参与，本文观察了吗啡、度冷丁对不同动物及不同患者血浆心钠素素水平的影响。结果吗啡和度冷丁引起非麻醉大鼠血浆心钠素水平升高，但却降低麻醉家兔血浆心钠素水平。而对非心脏病术后患者及心脏病患者血浆心钠素水平无影响，提示吗啡和度冷丁的作用机制可能没有心钠素的参与。

EFFECT OF MORPHINE AND DOLANDIN ON PLASMA CARDIONATRIN

This study is to investigate whether plasma cardionatrin is involved in thepharmacological actions of morphine and dolandin.The effects of morphine and dolandin onplasma cardionatrin was observed in different animals(S.D pure rats and rabbits)and in differ-ent patients. The results indicated that the effections of morphine and dolandin on plasmacardionatrin were different owing to the disparity of living thing species. Morphine anddolandin increased the plasma cardionatrin of non-narcotic rats,but decreased the plasmacardionatrin of narcotic rabbits. They had no effect on the plasma cardionatrin ofpatients withheart diseases and patients without heart diseases who had under went operations. These find-ings show that the plasma cardionatrin may not be involued in the pharmcological actions ofmorphine and dolandin.
