2型糖尿病患者应用“双C”治疗效果观察

目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者行＂双C＂治疗的效果及意义。方法：选择住院的2型糖尿病患者60例,按自愿原则分为治疗组（23例）与对照组（37例）,观察组使用＂双C＂治疗,对照组使用胰岛素泵治疗,比较两组间血糖达标天数、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率、治疗依从性的变化。结果：＂双C＂治疗组血糖达标天数、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率均低于对照组（P〈0.05）,依从性则优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：＂双C＂治疗可使患者血糖快速达到控制标准,降低糖尿病并发症的发生率,动态血糖监测系统所提供的可视化信息有助于帮助患者教育,提高依从性。

Observation of the effect of "double C" treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective：To study the significance and treatment effects of the ＂double C＂ method of treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods：60 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes were included,23 patients were divided into treatment group and 37 patients into control group according to the principle of voluntary.The treatment group used the ＂double C＂ treatment,the control group used insulin pump therapy,compared the number of days when the blood glucose reached to the ideal level,the incidence of hypoglycemia,and changes in treatment compliance between the two groups.Results：The number of days when the blood glucose reached to the ideal level,insulin dosage,the incidence of hypoglycemia of ＂double C＂ group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,compliance was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：＂Double C＂ treatment can quickly achieve blood glucose control standards,reduce the incidence of diabetic complications,glucose monitoring system provides visual information and can help patients education and improve compliance.
