摘    要:目的:建立无花果叶中补骨脂素含量的HPLC测定方法,为无花果叶的开发利用及质量标准的制定提供依据。方法:色谱柱为hypersil ODS(250mm×4.0mm、5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(55:45);流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长290nm;柱温32℃。结果:补骨脂素在2~10μg范围与峰面积线性关系良好(R2=0.9996),平均回收率为102.2%,RSD=1.80%。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of psoralen in Fig leaves. Methods: The analysisi was performed on phenomenex hydro C18 column (250mm ×4. 6mm, 4μm) , the mobile phase was Acetonitrile -H20 (55: 45) with a flow rate at 1. OmL/min, and detectional wavelength at 290nm under column temperature 32℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship when the sample size of bergenin was at a range of 2 ~ 10μg (R2 =0.9996), the recovery was 102.2%, with RSD at 1.80%. Conclusion: This method was exact, simple, stable, fast and reproducible to be used for the content determination of psoralen in Fig leaves.
