| 摘 要： | 降钙素原（PCT）是一种新型炎性标记物，为无激素活性的糖蛋白。PCT作为临床使用的感染标志物，具有高度特异性和敏感性。在感染性疾病早期诊断、抗菌药物的使用及追踪病情变化等方面具有优越性。本文综述PCT的检测及其在肺部感染诊治中的应用。

| Abstract: | Procalcitonin （PCT） is a kind of glycoprotein without hormone activity and can be used as a novel inlfammatory marker, and possesses high degree of speciifcity and sensitivity when used as the clinical infection marker. It has the superiority in early diagnosis of infective disease, the use of antibiotics and the tracking of condition-changes. This paper reviews the detection of PCT and its application in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infection. |
