卵泡刺激素对大鼠胰岛素和胰高血糖素分泌影响的体外研究

目的研究卵泡刺激素（FSH）在体外对胰腺组织分泌胰岛素和胰高血糖素的影响.方法体外孵育大鼠胰腺组织并施加不同浓度FSH,应用酶联免疫分析（ELISA）方法检测上清液中胰岛素和胰高血糖素的含量.结果当FSH浓度小于10^-2IU/L时,胰岛素和胰高血糖素分泌量随FSH浓度的增加而减少;当FSH浓度大于10^-2IU/L时,胰岛素和胰高血糖素分泌量随FSH浓度的增加而增加.结论FSH在体外对胰岛素和胰高血糖素分泌具有相同的双向调节作用,FSH可能对胰腺内分泌具有调节功能.

STUDIES ON EFFECTS OF FSH ON THE SECRETION OF INSULIN AND GLUCAGON IN RAT IN VITRO

Objective To study the effects of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) on secretion of insulin and glucagon by pancreas tissue in vitro. Methods Pancreas tissue of rats was incubated in vitro and different concentration of FSH was added,enzyme-link immunoassay was used to measure the contents of insulin and glucagons in supernatant.Results When the concentration of FSH was less than 10~(-2)IU/L,the secretion of insulin and glucagon decreased with growing the concentration of FSH;when the concentration of FSH was more than 10~(-2)IU/L,the secretion of insulin and glucagon increased with growing the concentration of FSH.Conclusion FSH has the same bidirectional regulation effects on insulin and glucagon in vitro,FSH may regulate the function of endocrine of rat pancreas.
