| 摘 要： | 用可溶性基质制备出含活菌为105~106CFU/片的7种细菌繁殖体和细菌芽孢菌膜,同时对各种菌膜的稳定性及重复性进行了观察,并应用这些菌膜对几项消毒措施的效果进行了监测,初步认为菌膜的制备、保存、稳定性及重复性方面均优于“试验布片”。

| Abstract: | The bacteria film containning viable bacteria 105-106CFU/piece of 7 species of bacteria with and without spores were prerared by using a soluble substance. We observed that the stability and the reproducibility of above bacteria films and had a surveillances of the effect on several disinfection measurements by using these films. The data showed that this bacterium film is better than "experimental pieces of cloth" in the preparation, storage, stability and reproducibility. |
