Abstract:Objective It is to explore the effect of skin regeneration medical technology on wound healing after anal fistula surgery.Methods Sixty patients with anal fistula who were hospitalized in the Anorectal Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from March to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group were treated with traditional methods,and 30 patients in the experimental group were treated with skin regeneration medical technology.The wound secretions,granulation tissue and anal pain on the 3rd,7th,14th,and 21st days after the operation were observed in the 2 groups,the levels of serum interleukin-4(IL-4)and IL-6 were detected before the operation and on the 1st,7th and 14th day after the operation in the 2 groups.The postoperative wound healing on the 3rd,14th,and 21st day and the wound complete healing time were compared between the 2 groups.Results The wound secretion scores on the 14th and 21st days after the operation,the granulation tissue scores on the 3rd,7th,14th and 21st days after the operation,and the pain scores on the 7th,14th and 21st days after the operation in the experiment group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the same time(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-4 and IL-6 in the two groups after surgery showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;the levels of serum IL-4 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group on the 1st and 7th days after surgery(all P<0.05),but the level on the 14th day after operation were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum IL-6 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 1st,7th,and 14th days after operation(all P<0.05).The wound area of the experimental group was significantly smaller and the wound healing rate was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 14th and 21st day after operation(P<0.05);the wound healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Skin regenerative medical technology can effectively reduce the exudation of surgery for anal fistula,relieve pain,and regulate inflammation,thereby promoting postoperative wound healing and shortening the wound healing time.
