摘    要:目的观察中药超声雾化熏洗用于环状混合痔术后的临床疗效。方法选择2018年9月—2019年9月在上海市金山区中西医结合医院和云南省景东彝族自治县中医医院治疗的100例环状混合痔术后患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,对照组采用传统中药熏洗疗法,治疗组采用超声雾化熏洗治疗仪配合中药熏洗治疗,2组均治疗7 d。观察比较2组治疗效果、创面愈合时间及术后主要并发症(肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、便血)发生情况。结果治疗组治愈率为94%(47/50),对照组治愈率为92%(46/50),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组创面愈合时间为(18.3±1.8)d,对照组为(22.7±2.7)d,治疗组显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组术后第2天、第3天肛门疼痛程度明显轻于对照组(P均<0.05),术后第3天、第7天肛缘水肿及便血程度均明显轻于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论环状混合痔术后采用中药超声雾化熏洗治疗可明显促进创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,减轻术后肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、便血。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of ultrasonic atomization fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine on circular mixed hemorrhoid after surgery.Methods One hundred patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids after surgery treated at Shanghai Jinshan District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and Jingdong Yi Autonomous County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment by ultrasonic atomization fumigation and washing treatment instrument.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The treatment effect,wound healing time,and main postoperative complications(anal pain,anal edema,blood stool)were observed and compared in the two groups.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 94%(47/50),and the cure rate of the control group was 92%(46/50),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The wound healing time in the treatment group was(18.3±1.8)days and that in the control group was(22.7±2.7)days,the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The degree of anal pain in the treatment group on the 2nd and 3rd day after operation was significantly lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of anal edema and hematochezia on the 3rd and 7th day after operation were significantly lighter than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment by ultrasonic atomization fumigation and washing treatment instrument can significantly promote wound healing,shorten wound healing time,and reduce postoperative anal pain,anal edema,and blood in the stool in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids after surgery.
