| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨双侧侧壁法阴道缩窄术的的适应证、优点和手术要点。方法：对112例阴道松弛患者施行双侧侧壁法阴道缩窄术。主要采用阴道两侧侧壁切口，切除平坦、松弛的粘膜，间断、部分重叠地环行缩窄侧壁肌肉。其中102例同时行阴道后壁紧缩。结果：98例随访4个月至2年，其中同时行后壁紧缩95例，Ⅱ期处女膜修补8例，主客观效果良好，性生活满意，无并发症发生。结论：该术式疗效可靠，操作简单、安全，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the indication, advantages and key points of the technique of bilateral wall vaginal constrictive operation. Methods 112 patients suffering from vaginal relaxation were treated by bilateral wall vaginal constrictive operation. We performed the operations with bilateral wall incisions, resected flat mucosa and round constricted relaxed muscles. Results 98 cases had been followed - up for 4 months to 2 years, subjective and objective results had been satisfactory. There was no complication. Conclusion This modified method of vaginal rejuvenation is effective, simple and safe. |
