肿瘤标志物室间质评结果的回顾性分析

目的对肿瘤标志物的室间质量评价(EQA)结果进行回顾性分析,进一步提高实验室检测结果的准确性。方法参加卫生部临检中心肿瘤标志物的测评,根据回报结果,绘制Z分数图和允许偏差百分比散点图进一步对结果进行分析,了解检测存在的问题。结果除AFP有一个值不合格,合格率为96.67%外,其余检测合格率均为100%;最后一次检测结果大部分呈负偏倚,提示存在系统误差;部分结果存在系统误差需要进行较正,部分结果精密度略差,日常检测需注意。结论参加E-QA不能仅关注结果,对于结果的回顾性分析也很重要,因此实验室要做好肿瘤标志物的EQA结果回顾。

Retrospective analysis of tumor markers' external quality assessment results

Objective To carry out a retrospective analysis of tumor markers external quality assessment(EQA) results,so as to further improve the test accuracy in clinical laboratory,Methods After participating the tumor markers proficiency testing organized by National Center for Clinical Laboratory(NCCL),Z-score chart and scatter diagram of the testing results were created,and the potential problems were analyzed,Results Two hundred and thirty nine out of 240 test results in 8 tumor markers were in accordance with NCCL standard values.The qualified rate of AFP was 96.67%,while all the others were 100.00%.There was a negative bias in most of the test results in the last detection,which suggests the presence of a systematic error.Some tests had systematic errors and low-accuracy which need to be corrected.Conclusion Participating EQA should not only be aware of the test results,but also carry out retrospective analysis of the results.
