| 摘 要： | Toll样受体4在人体正常细胞和肿瘤细胞上均有表达,其下游信号介导了对病原体的先天免疫应答,可影响肿瘤细胞生长、侵袭和转移。Toll样受体4在肿瘤杀伤和肿瘤免疫逃逸、多药耐药等方面起重要作用。本文就Toll样受体4与恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展作一综述。
