桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗慢性心力衰竭心气虚证临床研究

目的:观察桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗慢性心力衰竭心气虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取河南中医药大学第三附属医院2014年2月至2016年1月收治的慢性心力衰竭心气虚证患者120例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给...展开更多 目的:观察桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗慢性心力衰竭心气虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取河南中医药大学第三附属医院2014年2月至2016年1月收治的慢性心力衰竭心气虚证患者120例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予限盐、限水、降压等常规基础治疗,根据症状轻重给予适量利尿剂、血管扩张剂、强心药及其他对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗。结果:观察组心功能疗效、临床疗效分别为91. 67%和93.33%,对照组心功能疗效、临床疗效分别为76. 67%和75. 00%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后左心室舒张末内径(left ventricular end-diastolic diamete,LVED)、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、每搏输出量(stroke output,SV)、心输出量(cardiac output,CO)改善情况优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后血浆脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)浓度显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗慢性心力衰竭心气虚证可改善患者的心力衰竭症状,提高心功能,其机制可能与BNP水平调控有关。收起 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Cinnamon Twig and Licorice and Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae Decoction on chronic heart failure with deficiency of heart qi.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with heart-qi deficiency syndrome of chronic heart f...MORE Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Cinnamon Twig and Licorice and Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae Decoction on chronic heart failure with deficiency of heart qi.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with heart-qi deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure(CHF)admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM from February 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine basic treatment such as salt limitation,water limitation and blood pressure reduction.The medication should include appropriate diuretics,vasodilators,cardiac tonics and other symptomatic treatment according to the severity of symptoms.The ones in the observation group were treated with Cinnamon Twig and Licorice and Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Results:The curative effect and clinical effect of the observation group were 91.67%and 93.33%respectively,while those of the control group were 76.67%and 75.00%respectively.The observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the improvements of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke output(SV),cardiac output(CO)in the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the concentration of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cinnamon Twig and Licorice and Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic heart failure with deficiency of heart qi.It is beneficial to improve the symptoms of heart failure and cardiac function.The mechanism may be related to the regulation of BNP level.FEWER
