银杏叶片对血管内皮功能的影响

目的观察银杏叶片对血管内皮功能的保护作用。方法80例门诊体检志愿者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别于实验前及治疗后30、90、108d使用高频超声检测肱动脉血管内皮功能的变化。结果治疗前两组患者内皮依赖性舒张功能均无差异,而治疗30、90、108d后内皮依赖性舒张功能明显改善。结论中药银杏叶片在心脑血管疾病防治中具有重要的保护作用。

Clinical observation on protection of Ginkgo biloba Pills on vascular endothelial function

Objective To observe effect of the Ginkgo biloba pills on vascular endothelium function. Methods Eighty volunteers with vascular risk factors were selected in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=40) who didn't take any drug, treatment group (n=40)took Ginkgo biloba pills. The endothelium dependent dilation (EDD) and endothelium independent dilation (EID) of the brachial artery were examined with high-frequency ultrasound at 0d, 30ty d, 90ty d and 180ty d respectively.Results Ginkgo biloba pills could improve the endothelial function of brachial artery in volunteers with vascular risk factors.After 180d,EDD was improved significantly and flow-induced volume of brachial artery increased significantly.Conclusion The Ginkgo biloba pills could prevent and treat cardio- and cerebro- vascular diseases by improving vascular endothelium function significantly.
