生物素标记HBV、HEV DNA探针原位分子杂交技术

摘    要:目的 探索适合肝穿标本石蜡切片核酸性原位杂交的方法。方法 利用本实验室摸索出一套原位杂交处理程序,以生物素标记的HBV、HEV DNA探针,检测肝穿组织内的HBV、HEV病毒核酸。结果 肝组织内HBV、HEV杂交阳性部位呈紫蓝色。结论 本方法既灵敏、特异、直观、又简便、安全,适合大多数实验室开展。

Abstract:To seek an effective method of nucleic acid in situ hybridization for paraffin sections of needle liver tissue. Methods Using the probe of HBV DNA or HEV DNA marked by avidin, a method established in our laboratory was employed to detect the viral nucleic acids of HBV and HEV in needle liver tissues. Results The hybrid positive cells were purple and blue. Conclusions The method established in our laboratory is sensitive, specific, direct, simple and safe and can be used in various experiments.
