直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术24例临床分析

目的：探讨直肠癌患者行全直肠系膜切除术（TME）的临床疗效。方法：对24例直肠癌患者按照TME原则行根治性切除术的临床资料进行分析。结果：24例均获得根治性切除。其中19例行吻合器吻合。术后发生吻合口瘘1例,二次手术行结肠造瘘术。术后根据病情行辅助化疗及放疗。本组病例全部获得随访,时间3-31个月,均无肿瘤局部复发和远处转移。结论：TME是预防直肠癌术后局部复发,提高生活质量的有效措施。直肠癌根治性手术中采用TME手术方法是完全有必要的。

Analysis of radical rectectomy with total mesorectal excision （TME） in 24 rectal cancer patients

Objective ：To explore the clinical effect of the radial rectectomy with total mesorectal excision in rectal cancer patients. Methods ： Data of 24 cases with rectal cancer performed the radial rectectomy with total mesorectal excision were analysed, Results： All 24 cases were performed with radial excision successfully, 19 by stapling device. One case of leak of anastomosis was happened after operation, then treated with ostomy. Assistant chemotherapy and radiotherapy were given to the patients according. All patients were followed up for 3 -31 months. No recurrence or tumor metastasis cleveloped. Conclusion： The mesorectectomy excision can prevent the local recurrence after the operation of rectal carcinoma. It is effective to improve the patient＇s life quality and necessary to perform the operation of the radical carcinoma rectectomy with the mesorectal excision.
