肠易激综合症与精神因素的调查分析

目的：探讨肠易激综合症患者的心理因素、精神个性特征,以期收到更好的治疗效果。方法：对2005年10月至2008年10月我院门诊36例肠易激综合症病人,应用一般情况调查及临床表现,结合汉密尔抑郁量表（HAMD24）、汉密尔焦虑量表（HAMA）评定精神症状及严重程度。用明尼苏达个性调查表（MMPI）评定个性特点。结果：36例肠易激综合症中存在精神症状100%,其中有焦虑症状最突出。个性调查（MMPI）二点编码法13/31、17/71、37/73、16/61型集中。因子中疑病、癔症、神经衰弱的得分高于中国常模。结论：肠易激综合症的发病与精神个性特质有关。除了消化道症状以外,焦虑为主要的精神症状。治疗上应重以精神心理疏导,辅以适当药物治疗。

Investigation on the Correlation of Psychic Factor and Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective： To find out the better way for treating irritable bowel syndrome （ IBS ） , we studled the related factors, such as psycho -mental factors. Method： 36 cases IBS patients in our Dept. from Oct. 2005 to Oct. 2008, were evaluated the characteristics and clinical symptoms with scale of HAMD 24, HAMA and MMPI. Result： All 36 cases IBS were with psychiatric symptom esp with anxiety. Most of them with two point secure hash algorithm has coding of 13/31, 17/71,37/73, 16/61 by MMPI. In all the factors the score of patients with hypochondrasis, hysteria neurasthenia were superior to the chinese norms. Conclusion： We＇d better give psychological treatment besides drug therapy for the relation of character of phsyology and IBS.
