| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药口服、外敷、灌肠结合抗菌药物治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法：对2006年4月-2008年1月我院确诊慢性盆腔炎患者116例，随机分为：观察组60例采用自拟中药口服、外敷、灌肠结合抗菌药物治疗；对照组56例行西药抗菌药物治疗。结果：中西医结合组总有效率96．7％，明显高于对照组84．5％。（P〈0.01）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效好，值得推广。
