临床生化检验流程调查与优化管理

目的 调查评估现临床生化检验工作流程，查找其中影响检验质量的限速环节并进行改进，以提高检验质量与效率。方法 选取不同科室不同检测项目的血液标本，采用全程跟踪、分阶段评估方法，分析现生化标本检验流程，以改进其中限速环节。结果 标本从采血到打印报告用时342．6min，其中分析前时间（除去检验申请环节）为194．6min，占56．8％。标本采集后131．4min完成标本离心。结论 分析前阶段，尤其是标本采集至血清分离时间过长。应从标本采集、运送、编号、仪器与试剂缝各、审核、报告打印等限速环节尽量缩短检验流程。

Investigation and Improvement of Workflow in Biochemistry Laboratory

Objective To investigate the current workflow of biochemistry laboratory and to find out the processes which affect the testing quality and optimize them. Methods Keeping track of whole process of selected samples from different departments ,analyzed and evaluated the current workflow of different phases,to find out the improper procedures and improve them. Results The whole process,which was from blood collection to test reporting,lasted about 342.6 minutes on average while the pre-analytical phase ,not including test application ,was 56. 8%, 194.6 minutes. The serum were separated 131.4 minutes after blood collection. Conclusion The pre-analytical phase,especially the time from blood collection to serum separation is much too long. Actions should be taken in blood collection ,transportation ,numbering ,instruments and reagents preparation,results verifying and report printing to make the workflow as short as possible.
