摘    要:目的分析封闭负压吸引治疗对截瘫Ⅲ~Ⅳ度褥疮伤口内菌群的影响.方法:回顾性分析24例截瘫合并骶尾粗隆部和/或足踝部褥疮患者的临床资料,18例经封闭负压吸引治疗,6例常规治疗,对褥疮伤口进行细菌培养和药物敏感试验.结果:初次培养最常见感染菌群为大肠杆菌,其次为铜绿假单孢菌、致病性葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌,混合感染较多见;2组对菌群的影响无明显差异(P=0.157).结论:封闭负压吸引治疗截瘫褥疮,并不能有效清除截瘫伤口中的致病菌增殖.

Clinical Analysis of Germiculture from Vacuum Sealing Drainage Treatment for Pressure Ulcers inParaplegia Patients

Abstract:Objective To investigate how colony counts changed when (vacuum sealing drainage VSD) ther-apy was used in paraplegia patients. Methods Twenty four cases of pressure ulcer wounds in paraplegia pa-tients were retrospectively reviewed of them, 18 cases received VSD and 6 cases were treated with conventionaltherapy .During the treatment, samples for germ culture were taken from the center of the wound or from thedrained exudate by using a scalpel. Results VSD had a similar effect on the bacterial load as conventionaltreatment(P=0.157).The bacteria identified in the pressure ulcers included Escherichia coli,coagulase-positiveStaphylococcus, Pseudomonas, coagulase-negative Staphylococcus, Proteus, Staphylococcus epidermis, and Staph-ylococcus aureus,et al. Conclusion The VSD can promote wound healing,but VSD cannot reduce wound bac-teria in pressure ulcer wounds in paraplegia patients.
