摘    要:目的:探讨自体造血干细胞移植治疗淀粉样变性并发症的护理。方法:合理配备护理人员,并做好培训工作,使其掌握移植要点、移植并发症的观察和护理。结果:患者出现室性早搏、急性肾功能衰竭等相关并发症时,护士能充分评估病情,准确判断、汇报和处理,患者均获得造血重建,恢复良好。结论:熟练掌握并发症的发生原因和预防措施,严密进行监护和观察,及时处理各种并发症是确保移植成功的关键。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the nursing care of the complications of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation(Auto-PBSCT) in the treatment of primary systemic amyloidosis(AL). Methods: All the concerned nurses were trained before Auto-PBSCT and required to master the essential points of Auto-PBSCT and methods of observing and handling its complications.Results: The nurses involved could fully evaluate,precisely judge,report and deal with the patients' complications.Both the patients achieved hematopoiesis reconstitution and satisfactory recovery.Conclusion:Training of the involved staff,familiarity with the causes and preventive measures of all the complications,close post-transplantation monitoring and the proper treatment of various complications were the key to the success of Auto-PBSCT.
