胰岛素样生长因子与高血压左室肥厚关系的探讨

目的：探讨胰岛素样生长因子（IGF－1）与原发性高血压左室肥厚的关系。方法：原发性高血压30例，正常对照组20例，两组均采用放射免疫法测定IGF－1，并做心脏B超检查，对两组的结果进行比较。结果：高血压组中有20例IGF－1升高，20例左室肥厚，其中14例同时有IGF－1升高和左室肥厚，与对照组相比有显性意义（P＜0．001）。结论：高血压患血清IGF－1升高与左室肥厚有明显相关关系，IGF－1可能有直接促进心肌细胞肥大的作用。

Relation between insulin-like growth factor-1 and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertention

Objective:To investrigate the relation between insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and left ventricular hypertrophy in the patients with essential hypertension and two groups result were compared.Method:Serum IGF-1 levels were measured by radiaimmuroassay in 30 cases of essential hypertension and in 20 cases normotensive,two group were examined and measured by color Doppler echocardiography.Result:In hypertension group,IGF-1 serum level were higher in 20 cases of essential hypertension,20 cases had left ventricular hypertrophy,14 cases had higher level of IGF-1 and left ventricular hypertrophy compared with those of the normal control group,there were significantly difference(p<0 001).Conclusion:Serum IGF-1 level were higher in essential hypertension and correlated with left ventricular hypertrophy.IGF-1 possibly play a significant role in left ventrocular hypertrophy.
