抗衣原体单克隆抗体的制备及其生物学特性鉴定

摘    要:目的:制备抗衣原体的单克隆抗体,为研制表原体快速检测卡作准备。方法:用沙眼衣原体和鹦鹉热衣原体分别免疫BALB/c小鼠.按常规淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术制各单克隆抗体。结果:获得抗沙眼衣原体及抗鹦鹉热衣原体单克隆抗体各3株,经检测6株单抗均具有较高的属特异性,不与其他微生物发生交叉反应。结论:本研究为进一步研制衣原体快速检测卡奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective: To aim at the developing of a rapid chlamydiae detection card through the preparation of monoclonal antibodies against chlamydiae. Methods: BALB/c mice were immunized with chlamydiae trachomatic and chlamydiae psittaci respectively and McAbs were prepared by standard lymphocyte hybridoma technique. Results: Three McAbs against C trachomatic and three against C psittaci were obtained.All the six strains mentioned above possessed a higher genus specificity and made no crossreaction to other microorganisms. Conclusion: This research has laid a foundation for the further development of a rapid chlamydiae detection card.
