局部加压放大钼靶摄影对乳腺肿块诊断的价值

目的：探讨局部加压放大钼靶摄影诊断乳腺肿块的优越性及定性诊断的正确率。方法：对72例乳腺常规摄影所见的可疑区域加用局部加压放大检查．并将两种检查方法做对照性研究。结果：局部加压放大摄影，对32例乳腺肿块能更清楚显示其良、恶性肿块的边缘特征；对常规乳腺片未定性诊断40例中的35例乳腺肿块明确了诊断，定性诊断正确率达93%。结论：局部加压放大摄影对乳腺肿块的诊断明显优于常规乳腺片，特别对团状致密影、细小钙化、致密型乳腺病变性质的评估有重要的价值，两者结合运用能明显提高诊断正确率，尤其能提高早期乳腺癌的检出率．

The Value of Magnification Mammography with Spot Pressing in the Diagnosis of Breast Masses

Objective:To evaluate the magnification mammography with spot pressing technique in the diagnosis of breast masses.Method: We performed magnification mammography with spot pressing technique on suspicious areas of routine mammographic examination in 72 cases, the results were compared with those of routine mammography.Results:magnification mammography with spot pressing was significantly superior to routine mammography in the distinction of breast masses,especially in those lesions presented as mass like consolidation or subtle calcifications or in dense mammary glands. A combination of the two techniques could lead to a higher diagnosis rate, especially early diagnosis rate.
