暗娼艾滋病健康教育和行为干预现状

健康教育是进行艾滋病行为干预的一项有效的预防措施。暗娼是H IV易感的高危人群,通过对该人群进行健康教育和行为干预,减少其不安全性行为的发生,可以有效预防AIDS经性途径从源头人群经桥梁人群到一般人群的传播,并取得了一定的效果。但尚需进一步加强协作、加大宣传力度、定期进行H IV血清学早期筛查及重视心理健康教育等,以提高健康教育的针对性和可操作性,减少艾滋病的发生。

Current Status of Health Education and Behavioral Interventions on AIDS Unlicensed Prostitute

Health education is one of the effective measures for behavioral interventions on AIDS.Unlicensed Prostitute remain high risk core groups for HIV.Health education and behavioral interventions targeting these groups are carried out to reduce the occurrences of risk sexual behavior and prevent sexually transmitted infection prevalence from the bridging population into the general population and are effective.To improve the pertinence and maneuverability of health education,and reduce the occurrences of AIDS,cooperation,publicity should be intensified and the early serology examination of HIV should be taken and the mental health education should be paid more attention to.
