血清瘦素及可溶性瘦素受体影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 :探讨瘦素 ( Lp)及可溶性瘦素受体 ( s LR)影响因素及在人体生理和代谢过程中的作用。方法 :测定 37例健康青年体重指数 ( BMI)、腰臀比 ( WHR)、睾酮、皮质醇、游离甲状腺激素 ( FT4 )、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸 ( FT3)、促甲状腺激素 ( TSH)、Lp及 s LR。结果 :男性 Lp明显低于女性 ,s LR明显升高。 L p与睾酮、FT4 、BMI、s L R呈负相关 ,与皮质醇呈正相关 ,与 FT3、TSH、WHR无显著性相关 ;s L R水平与睾酮、WHR、BMI呈正相关 ,与皮质醇、L p呈负相关 ,与 FT3、FT4 、TSH无显著性相关。结论 :L p和 s LR在体内呈反向调节 ,其循环水平受性别、体重指数、腰臀比等因素的影响 ,并与性激素、糖皮质激素、甲状腺激素代谢密切相关 ,共同参与机体生理代谢的调节。

Abstract:Objective:To study the factors affecting serum leptin (Lp) and soluble leptin receptor (sLR) in healthy subjects and understand biological characteristics of human Lp and sLR. Methods: BMI, WHR, testosterone, cortiso l, FT4,FT3,TSH, Lp and sLR were measured in 37 healthy young adults by radioimmu n oassay (RIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Lp level was significantly lower in male than that in female subjects, while the sLR lev el was significantly higher in male subjects (P<0.001). Lp level was negati vely correlated with testosterone, FT4, BMI, and sLR, but positively correlated with cortisol level, and no significant correlation was found with FT3, TSH, or WHR. The level of sLR was positively correlated with testosterone, WHR and BMI but negatively correlated with cortisol and Lp level, and no significant correlation was found with FT3, FT4, or TSH. Conclusion: Lp and sLR level is inversely r egulated in vivo. Circulating levels of Lp and sLR are affected by sex, BWI, WH R and other factors, and closely associated with metabolism of sex hormone, cort isol and thyroid hormones.
