复合离子盐对老年人血压、血脂、血糖及胰岛素的影响

目的：探讨在不减少盐摄入总量的前提下，复合离子盐对老年人血压、血脂、血糖及胰岛素的影响。方法：在社区中抽取226例老年人作为研究对象，其中高血压患者112例，正常血压者114例。两组再随机分为离子盐组和加碘盐组．分别给予摄入复合离子盐和普通加碘盐，6个月后观察其血压、血脂、血糖及血浆胰岛素水平的变化。结果：高血压患者中．复合离子盐组较普通加碘盐组血压明显下降（P〈0．01），复合离子盐对正常血压影响较小，但可以延缓血压升高（P〈0．01）。两组血脂、血糖及血浆胰岛素水平没有显著差异。结论：复合离子盐可以降低血压，对血脂、血糖和血浆胰岛素水平无明显影响。

Effects of Compound Ion Salt on Blood Pressure, Blood Lipid, Blood Glucose and Serum Insulin in Old People

Objective: To study the effect of compound ion salt on the blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose and serum insulin in the old people without declining the amount of salt. Methods: A total 226 old people in the community were assigned to the hypertensive group (n = 112) and the normal group (n = 114). Each group was randomly assigned two groups. One group ate compound ion salt, the other ate common salt. Their blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose and serum insulin were measured six months later. Results: The blood pressure of hypertension patients who ate compound ion salt was significantly reducer than that of the common group (P < 0.01). Effect of compound ion salt on the normal blood pressure is small but it makes the blood pressure developed slowly (P < 0.01). There were no significant changes in the level of serum cholesterol, triglyceride, blood glucose and serum insulin. Conclusion: Compund ion salt can reduce the blood pressure, but it does not influence on blood lipid, blood glucose and serum insulin.
