| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳腺癌的声像图特点及彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析术后病理确诊的70例乳腺癌患者的声像图特征.结果 70例乳腺癌患者中,有典型乳腺癌声像图特征:形态不规则61例(87.14％),边缘不清,呈毛刺状365例(51.42％),纵横比＞1 42例(60.00％),钙化43例(61.42％),后方衰减36例(51.40％),肿块内有血流信号.结论 彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断具有较高的应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of breast cancer and the value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods The ultrasonographic features of 70 cases of breast cancer confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 70 cases of breast cancer patients, most of them have the characteristics of typical breast cancer:irregular shape 61(87.14%), marginal indistinctness, burr shape 36(51.42%), aspect ratio >1 42(60.0%), calcification 43(61.42%), rear attenuation 36(51.42%) and mass with blood flow signals.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound has a high application value in the diagnosis of breast cancer. |
