老年胆道感染患者胆汁菌群分析

摘    要:目的:非手术条件下了解胆总管结石伴胆道感染患者胆汁中主要致病菌情况,探讨通过导管引流取胆汁进行细菌培养结果的可靠性。方法:对35例胆总管结石伴胆道感染患者,用导管抽吸胆汁进行细菌培养。结果:培养出41株细菌,其中革兰阴性杆菌28株(68.29%),其中大肠埃希菌14株(34.15%),肺炎克雷伯菌8株(18.51%);革兰阳性球菌12株(29.27%),其中肠球菌8株(19.51%);真菌属1株(2.44%)。结论:胆道感染主要病原菌是大肠埃希菌、肠球菌和肺炎克雷伯菌;导管取胆汁进行细菌培养方法可行。

Abstract:Objective To explore the pathogenic bacterium of biles from senium patients with infection of biliary tract through non-operative mehod and value the reliability of the method to obtain the bile with catheter.Method To obtain the bile with catheter from 35 patients with common duct stones plus infection of biliary tract and make bacterial culture.Results 41 strains bacterium were found.28 strains belonged to gram negative bacterium occupied 68.29 % of all,including 14 strains of Escherichia coli(34.15%) and 8 strains of Klebsiella pneumonia(18.51%).12 strains of gram positive coccus occupied 29.27%,including 8 strains of enterococcus(19.51%).1 strain of eumycete(2.44%) was found.Conclusive The main pathogenic bacterium of biliary tract infection are Escherichia coli,enterococcus and Klebsiella pneumonia.Method of obtaining infective bile with catheter and making bacterial culture is feasible.
