| 摘 要： | 跟骨关节内骨折是常见的足部骨折，也是较复杂的骨折之一。跟骨关节内骨折的类型多、情况复杂、处理方法多样，手术治疗是重要的方法。切开复位加内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效满意。笔者经过查阅国内外近年有关文献，综述了各种手术治疗手段的适应证、治疗方法及相关内容的最新进展。
