| 摘 要： | 肿瘤的发生和发展是在多种因素的作用下癌基因激活以及抑癌基因失活的结果。原癌基因Bmi-1属于PcG家族一员，决定着正常干细胞及肿瘤干细胞的自我更新能力。近年来发现Bmi-1基因在多种肿瘤细胞及恶性肿瘤中表达上调，并与肿瘤的发生发展预后密切相关，因而有望成为一种新的肿瘤分子标志物及治疗靶点。

| Abstract: | Bmi-1 is member of the Polycomb-group(PcG)family,is required for regulation of the proliferation and self-renewal of normal and tumor stem cells.In recent years,it has been found that Bmi-1 is overexpressed in varieties of human cancers,and is closely related to the prognosis of tumors, It has prospective potential to be a valuable tumormoleculemarker and potential targets for treatment.. |
