2009年北京市怀柔区性病就诊人群梅毒感染相关因素的分析

目的了解北京市怀柔区性病门诊就诊人群梅毒感染现况及其感染的相关因素,为制定预防控制策略和措施提供科学依据。方法将怀柔区2009年全年性病门诊就诊人群哨点监测的人口学资料、性行为、高危行为及血清学检测等数据采用SPSS软件及χ2检验方法进行统计分析。结果 2009年共监测性病门诊就诊者329人,梅毒现在感染检出率为15.2%。感染梅毒与文化程度、非婚及婚外性行为、多性伴,安全套的使用、人口流动等多因素有关。结论应进一步加强性病门诊就诊人群的健康教育、行为干预和规范化治疗,防止其作为桥梁人群进一步感染和传播。

Related Factors of Syphilis Infection among STD Clinic Attendants in Huairou District of Beijing in 2009

Objective]To understand the status of syphilis infection among STD clinic attendants and its related factors in Huairou district of Beijing,provide the scientific basis for making the strategies and measures of prevention and control.Methods]The sentinel surveillance data of demography,sexual behavior,high risk behavior and serological detection of STD clinic attendants in Huairou district of Beijing in 2009 were statistically analyzed with SPSS software and χ2 test.Results]In 2009,329 STD clinic attendants were detected,and the detection rate of syphilis infection was 15.2%.Syphilis infection was related to education background,nonmarriage or extramarital sexual behavior,multiple sexual partners,condom use,population flow and so on.Conclusion]The health education,behavior intervention and standardized treatment should be improved among STD clinic attendants,so as to avoid further infection and spread induced by bridge population.
