脑外伤后持续植物状态患者的促醒康复护理

对植物状态（ＰＶＳ）患者除了药物、运动康复手段外，还加强基础护理、营养调理、刺激性康复护理、家庭支持等，并对其苏醒程度和日常生活能力及时进行评估和记录。结果：１０ 例恢复意识，苏醒前后起ＡＤＬ评分均明显提高，８ 例生活基本能自理。在ＰＶＳ患者病情相对稳定时，预防并发症和保证患者足够营养是促醒康复的根本；有重点地进行刺激性康复护理，以改变大脑皮质的抑制状态；同时注重家庭参与是促醒康复的补充形式。根据患者的病情和家庭背景等情况探索一套适合ＰＶＳ的促醒康复护理，对其意识的恢复有着积极的临床指导意义。

Promoting Rehabilitation for Patients with Persistent Vegetative State after Brain Injury

This study discussed rehabilitative care for 14 patients with persistent vegetative state (PVS) in hospital. Enhanced basic nursing,nutritional support, stimulative rehabilitation and family support were provided besides medication and motor rehabilitation. Patients'degree of resuscitation and ADL were assessed and recorded. Results showed that:10 patients restored their consciousness,the ADL scores were improved significantly' 8 patients could take care of themselves. It is suggested that precaution of complication and adequate nutrition were the basic to the resuscitative rehabilitation when patients' state of illness were stable. The stimulative rehabilitation might change the inhibitory state of the brain.
